Note:
The fender liner on the Honda Civic is installed by the manufacturer in the wheel arches of the front wheels only. A protective lining of the pipeline is installed in the arch of the left rear wheel.
The fenders on the left and right sides of the car are removed in the same way.
Removing the front fender liner Honda Civic
1. Brake the rear wheels with the parking brake and place wheel chocks under them.
2. Use a wheelbrace to loosen the front wheel nuts.
3. Raise the front of the vehicle and place it on secure stands.
4. Remove the decorative cap and front wheel.
5. Using a Phillips screwdriver, remove the 3 screws securing the front mudguard.
6. Remove the mudguard.
7. Using a Phillips screwdriver, remove the screw securing the Honda Civic front fender liner to the bumper.
8. Prying with a flat screwdriver, remove the cores and remove the 2 pistons of the lower fender liner.
9. Pry off with a screwdriver, remove the cores and remove the mounting caps of the front fender liner Honda Civic.
10. Lightly squeeze the fender liner with your hands and remove it.
11. If necessary, replace the Honda Civic front fender liner with a new one.
12. Install the fender liner, mudguard and wheel in the reverse order of removal.
