Installing the engine temperature sensor.

I won’t say that I really need it, I’m already used to doing without this information, but it won’t be superfluous either. In addition, after installing the voltage indicator of the on-board network, I wanted to come to the symmetry and completeness of the look.
I took the temperature indicator with the sensor, as always, on Ali for 220 rubles.
With such dimensions, the temperature indicator, of course, looks bulky and it is difficult to fit it into the interior of the cabin. Therefore, I simply rearranged the display from the voltage sensor to the temperature sensor. By contacts, they are completely identical, only in the temperature indicator there is one extra, unused contact, but this is not a hindrance at all. because the display from the voltage sensor is too small for soldering onto the temperature indicator board, then I connected them using a cable. Installing the engine temperature indicator in the center console is similar to installing the on-board voltage indicator. The wires for the sensor itself were thrown through the technological hole on the front passenger side. The sensor was planted in the existing recess on the engine, after smearing it with thermal paste.
Now complete symmetry and conciseness has been achieved! Neither the size, nor the color and brightness of the glow of the installed indicators differ!

I checked the accuracy of the sensor readings with the bq readings - the difference is + 0.5 ° С
