Tools:
- Wrench with Torx tip T25
- socket wrench
- socket for socket wrench 10
- Screwdriver flat medium
Parts and consumables:
- intake manifold gasket
- O-rings for fuel injectors
Notes:
A gasket is installed between the flanges of the cylinder head and the intake manifold. If this gasket is leaking, the engine runs unevenly (“troit”). If the problem cannot be corrected by tightening the intake manifold mounting, replace the gasket.

3. Disconnect from a fuel stage the pipeline of giving of fuel, remove a stage of electric sockets of atomizers and a fuel stage.
4. Turn out the screw of fastening of an arm of the indicator of level of oil.
5. Disconnect the hoses of the vacuum brake booster and the canister purge valve from the intake manifold.
6. Slide up the latch and disconnect the wiring harness block from the throttle assembly cover.
7. Turn out seven bolts of fastening of an inlet collector and remove an inlet collector in gathering with throttle knot and the lining established under it.
8. Install the intake manifold with a new gasket. Tighten the mounting bolts evenly crosswise, starting with the outer bolts and moving to the middle ones, with a torque of 15 Nm (1.5 kgf-m).
9. Install all removed parts in the reverse order of removal. When installing the fuel rail, use new fuel injector O-rings.
