In principle, everything is simple.

We sit in the car, open the ashtray, we get access to the decorative overlay of the checkpoint. We hook it with our hand from the side of the ashtray. She's on little latches. We take it off carefully.

We get this look.

Next, remove the gearbox cover with letters. She, too, on small latches on the sides and bottom. Below, pry with a small screwdriver.

The overlay is removed, we see the plug, we take it out with a screwdriver.

Push the gear knob button to the left. Initially, the chrome trim of the button is removed, then reaching the button body, pull it with your fingers until it clicks to the left.

The button body is fixed.

Below is the view.

The gearbox cuff is attached to the frame, which is attached with four latches to the lining.

Further, raising the cuff up, we see such a picture, the handle is attached to the lever with a metal ring that tightens the connection. And then I had a hitch, because. the fastening of the C-line handle is different, there is the same contact, but it is tightened with a plastic nut.

I couldn't figure out how to remove the handle. It turns out that everything is simple, this metal ring must be unclenched. I did this with a small screwdriver, unclenched and the handle came off.

Latches that secure the cuff frame.

The cuff itself is attached to the frame with metal staples.

We bend the brackets with a small screwdriver and release the cuffs from their frames.

We select by eye the level of the frame along the contour of the cuff and sew. We get the following structure.

Trim off excess skin with scissors.

Insert the frame into the overlay.

We collect everything in the reverse order.
