Parts and consumables:
- Fluid for power steering
Notes:
Periodically check the fluid level in the power steering system to avoid problems with the vehicle's handling, such as damage to the steering pump.
The oil level must be checked in a cold or warm (not higher than + 50 ° C) state of the engine.
Do not hold the steering wheel fully turned in either direction for more than five seconds. This can damage the steering pump.
The reservoir of the power steering system is located in the engine compartment and has a screw cap with a measuring probe built into it.

1 . Park your vehicle on level ground and apply the parking brake. Set the front wheels to the "straight" position.
2 . Loosen the oil reservoir cap. Wipe the level indicator on the cap with a clean, not tattered cloth.

3 . Screw on and then unscrew the cap by hand. The oil level must be 2 mm above or below the MIN mark.

4 . It is imperative that only clean oil be added to the system, as even minor contamination can lead to malfunctions in the hydraulic system.
5 . Screw on the reservoir cap by hand.
6 . Check at engine operating temperature. Warm up the engine and stop it. The oil should warm up to a temperature of + 50 ° C.
7 . Let the engine idle and set the wheels straight.
8 . Check the oil level with the engine running. The oil level with the plug screwed in must lie between the MIN and MAX marks.
