Manual transmission (QR523):
1 - gearbox housing assembly; 2 - bearing cap assembly; 3 - threaded stud; 4 - gearshift mechanism assembly; 5 - protective cover for the clutch fork; 6 - clutch fork; 7 - clutch housing assembly; 8 - bracket for fastening the hydraulic clutch pipeline.
Dismantling of a transmission is made in the following sequence. 1. Remove the shift mechanism, bearing cap assembly, output shaft front bearing thrust washer, transmission case lower cover, reverse idler gear assembly, and transmission case.
1 - lower cover of the gearbox housing.
2. Remove the 3rd and 4th shift fork, 5th and reverse shift fork, 3rd and 4th shift fork stem and 5th and reverse shift fork stem. The shift forks are dismantled together with the rods.
Removing the shift fork 3rd and 4th gear and the shift fork 5th gear and reverse:
1 - shift fork of 3rd and 4th gears; 2 - fork for switching 5th gear and reverse; A - the direction of movement for removing the shift fork of the 3rd and 4th gears; B - the direction of movement for removing the shift fork of the 5th gear and reverse.
Removing the 3rd and 4th shift fork stem and the 5th and reverse shift fork stem:
1 - a rod of a fork of switching of the 3rd and 4th gears; 2 - rod of the shift fork of the 5th gear and reverse gear; A - the direction of movement for removing the shift fork rod 3rd - 4th gear and the shift fork rod 5th - reverse gear.
3. Remove the driven and driving shafts.
Drive and driven shafts:
1 - driven shaft; 2 - drive shaft.

Note. It is necessary to remove the driving and driven shafts after their release at the same time.
