Tools:
- Small hammer
- Beard with a thin sting
- Dial indicator
- Heater
- torque wrench
Parts and consumables:
- Transmission oil
- rags
- Thrust washer side gear
1. Coat the rotating surface of the side gear with gear oil.
2. Install 2 side gear thrust washers on 2 side gears.
Note:
Install the side gear of the same thickness as the one removed.
3. Install 2 side gears, 2 differential pinions and 2 side gear thrust washers into the differential case. Rotate the differential pinions to install the 2 differential pinions with washers.
4. Coat the pivot surfaces of the No. 1 differential pinion shaft with gear oil.
5. Install the No. 1 differential pinion shaft into the differential case so that the pin hole of the pinion pin of the pinion shaft aligns with the hole in the differential case.
6. Using a thin beard and a hammer, install the differential pinion axle pin into the hole in the differential box.
7. Press the differential satellite against the wall of the differential box. Using a dial gauge, measure the circumferential backlash of the side gears . Standard circumferential clearance: 0.05 - 0.2 mm.

8. If the circumferential clearance is not correct, adjust the clearance by selecting the side gear thrust washer.

10. Clean the contact surfaces of the differential box.
11. Aligning the marks, quickly install the ring gear on the differential box. Tightening torque: 106 Nm.
12. Install the speedometer drive gear (MTM) to the differential case.
