- Open-end wrench 10 mm
- Box wrench curved 13 mm
Parts and consumables:
- Knock sensor 18.3855000 (if necessary)

Note:
The Daewoo Sense knock sensor is installed on the engine intake manifold.
Remove the sensor for replacement when it fails or when performing repairs on the engine.
1. Before removing the knock sensor, disconnect the wire from the negative terminal of the battery.


2. Disconnect the block of the wiring harness of the engine management system from the sensor connector by depressing the block retainer on both sides (marked with arrows in the photo below).


3. Using a 13 spanner wrench, unscrew the sensor mounting bolt and remove it from the intake manifold.


4. Install the knock sensor Sens in the reverse order of removal.
