You will need: keys "for 12" and "for 14".

1. Disconnect a wire from the minus plug of the storage battery.

2. Remove the accessory drive belt.

3. Remove the protective cap...

4 ... unscrew the nut ...

5. ... and remove the terminal from the output of the generator contact bolt.

6. Press the latch..

7. ... and disconnect the wiring harness block from the generator terminals.

8. Turn out the top...

9. ... and two lower alternator mounting bolts ...

10. ... then remove the generator from the engine bracket.

11. Install the generator and previously removed parts in the reverse order of removal.
