Note:
The engine oil intake is installed in the engine crankcase.
1. To remove the engine oil intake, it is necessary to remove the engine crankcase pan (read the article “ Removing the Peugeot 207 engine oil pan ”).
2. Having removed the Peugeot 207 pan, unscrew the two screws securing the oil intake to the oil pump and the screw securing it to the cylinder block.

3. Remove the engine oil pickup along with the dipstick guide.

Replace the dipstick guide if necessary.
Note:
The connection of the oil intake with the pump is sealed with a rubber gasket. Replace a damaged or loose gasket with a new one.

4. Install the oil pickup and all removed parts in the reverse order of removal.
New engine oil intake (PSA 1018.66).
