1. Using a 10 wrench, loosen the fastening of the terminals leading to the car battery. First of all, start with the minus terminal, and then proceed to the plus terminal. In the same sequence, they must be removed, first the minus terminal, then the plus.
2. After, with the same wrench, loosen the nuts of the pressure plate, or remove the battery fastening tape.
Note: Mounting types may vary depending on the equipment and year of manufacture of the vehicle.
3. Next, you need to remove the battery from the car.

Note: if you are going to replace the battery, then you need to put in a new battery and return all the terminals to their place, but in a different order, first the plus terminal, then the minus one.
4. After that, it is necessary to remove the electronic engine control unit. To do this, it is necessary to disconnect the latches and pads of the harness from the control unit from it.

5. Then unscrew the nuts securing the control unit and remove it.


6. Using a wrench, unscrew the four bolts that hold the engine control unit mounting bracket.


7. After removing the control unit, it is necessary to remove the pressure plate bracket from the stud.

8. We unscrew the bolt of fastening to the shelf of the rack of the battery retainer. After you need to unscrew the two adjacent bolts.


9. We remove the stand of the latch belt from the battery shelf.

10. After that, you need to do the clamp. First of all, we pry the lock with a screwdriver and open it a little. After that, we take out the wire from it.


11. Next, we press the clamp locks and remove the wiring harness from it.

12. We bend the bracket gasket and use a screwdriver to open the clamp lock. Then we take out the wiring harness from it.


13. We take out the bracket gasket, after which we directly take out the battery mount itself.


14. Install a new battery mount and assemble in the reverse order of removal.
Note: be careful with the wires and install the car engine control unit correctly.
