Notes:
The battery mounting shelf is removed for replacement if it is damaged and to gain access to other vehicle components.
1. Remove the battery as described in this article.
2. The battery tray is attached to the body with four bolts.
3. Turn out four bolts of fastening of the shelf of joint stock bank Skoda Octavia Tour to a body.
4. Pull towards you and pull out the battery holder with plastic protection from the engine compartment of the car.
5. Pry off the plastic protection of the Skoda Octavia Tour on both sides so that it jumps off its place, pull it up a little, and disconnect it from the battery mounting shelf.
6. Install the Skoda Octavia Tour battery mounting shelf in the reverse order of removal.
