Removal and installation of a broad tank Nissan Qashqai 2007 - 2013

Tools:

• Nozzle on the crank 10 mm
• Collar for end nozzle
• Pliers
• Syringe or rubber bulb

Parts and consumables:

• Coolant
• Container for draining old coolant

Note:

Before removing the expansion tank, pump out the coolant from it with a medical syringe or a rubber bulb.

Removing and installing expansion tank Nissan Qashqai

1. Squeeze the ends of the clamp that secures the steam outlet hose to the expansion tank.

2. Slide the clamp along the hose.

3. Disconnect the steam outlet hose from the expansion tank fitting.

4. Remove the fluid hose in the same way.

5. Turn out a bolt of fastening of a broad tank to a body.

6. Turn out 2 bolts of fastening of a rack of the right support of a suspension bracket of the engine.

7. Remove the stand.

8. Move the tank back as far as possible.

9. Expand the tank on the Nissan Qashqai and remove.

10. Install the expansion tank and all parts in the reverse order of removal.

11. Pour the required amount of coolant into the reservoir.
