Notes:
Removal and installation of the expansion tank is carried out due to the detection of a coolant leak, white spots under the hood, penetration or damage to the expansion tank of the cooling system.
Check the coolant level with a cold engine.
Before starting work, place the car on a flat horizontal surface. The expansion tank is installed on the right side of the engine compartment in the direction of the car.

1. Turn the cap of the expansion tank counterclockwise and remove it from the tank.

2. Use a rubber bulb or a large syringe to suck out the fluid from the neck (red) of the expansion tank. Remove the 2 bolts (blue) securing the reservoir to the engine compartment mudguard.

3. Take the tank away from the mudguard and remove the tube from the tank fitting.

4. Remove the coolant reservoir.
5. Install the expansion tank in the reverse order of removal.
6. Fill the reservoir with the required amount of coolant as described here.
