Installing the activator on the front door Renault Duster

First you need to remove the door trim. Before doing this, you need to remove the window lifter handle. To be honest, it’s easier to remove the handle in Duster than in Logan. Somehow he pulled the protective ring, miraculously got to the bracket, and with the same miracle, on the ninth attempt, he removed the handle.

Looking ahead, I want to say that installing the handle back is as easy as shelling pears. It is enough to put the bracket on the handle, and then install the handle in its native place.

Removing the cladding. Nothing complicated. You will need two asterisk keys T20 and T27 sizes. In the figure, the places of fastenings of the skin are marked in white.

After removing all fastening screws and bots, carefully remove the casing. Holds on clips, it seems pieces 10-11.

Having examined the entire space under the skin, I decided on the installation location of the activator. I found a suitable place, I didn’t even have to drill additional holes for mounting. The figure is marked with red circles.

We try on the leash, shorten it to the required size, and fasten it. We test that nothing hurts, does not interfere with anything. After successful testing, we are preparing to install "tightly".
First of all, I wrapped the activator itself with electrical tape. Less noise. In the place where the leash is hooked, I also stuck electrical tape.

After attaching the activator, it is important to make sure that it will not interfere with the glass.

It remains only to stretch the wires. Initially, I thought to use cables going to the speakers as a broach, but it wasn’t there. They are tightly taped to the protective rubber band between the door and the body. We unwind the tape, stretch our pair of wires, and fasten everything back.
