Front brake type FS III:
1 - external brake shoe;
2 - internal brake shoe;
3 - support;
4 - guide pin;
5 - protective cap;
6 - elastic rod;
7 - a brake hose tip with a hollow bolt and a sealing ring;
8 - rotary fist;
9, 12 - bolts;
10 - wheel speed sensor;
11 - brake shield;
13 - hub;
14 - brake disc;
15 - screw.
Installation of the brake drum mechanism of the rear wheel:
1 - screw;
2 – brake drum;
3 - protective cap;
4 - hub nut;
5 - hub;
6 – a bolt of fastening of a brake board;
7 - brake shield assembled with a brake mechanism;
8 – a cable of a drive of a parking brake;
9 - axis trunnion;
10 – brake tube;
11 - wheel speed sensor;
12 - plug (on models without ABS);
13 – a bolt of fastening of the gauge;
14 - rear suspension beam;
15 - rear suspension beam (option).
Front wheel sensor:
1. Raise and secure the front of the vehicle.
2. Disconnect the block with wires from the sensor 10 (see Fig. Front brake mechanism type FS III).
3. Unscrew the fastening bolt 9 and remove the sensor 10.
4. Install the wheel speed sensor in reverse order.
Rear wheel sensor:
1. Raise and secure the rear of the vehicle.
2. Disconnect the block with wires from sensor 11 (see Fig. Installing the brake drum mechanism of the rear wheel).
3. Turn away a bolt 13 of fastening and take out the gauge 11.
4. Install the wheel speed sensor in reverse order.
