I unscrewed a couple of screws to remove the steering column casing, located immediately under the steering wheel, pulled the lower part of the casing out of the latch (the top one simply pulls off).
I removed the immobilizer antenna by unhooking the connector and a couple of latches.
I pulled out the right switch connector by unscrewing a couple of screws and pulled it out.
The right switch is fastened with several latches visible from the outside and one hidden.
Entrails.
According to the scheme, the power circuit of the pump is switched directly by the contacts of the right switch, on which there are not even contact heels - the surfaces of the plates are in direct contact, which causes increased burnout of these surfaces, which was confirmed by inspection. The contacts were cleaned with very fine sandpaper and covered with a layer of silicone grease.
After reassembly everything works again.
