Note:
There are two pedal position sensors on the clutch pedal assembly.
The end of stroke position sensor, clutch pedal is the switch for the starter relay. If the clutch pedal is not fully depressed, the engine cannot be started. The signal from the position sensor of the beginning of the stroke, the clutch pedal, the ECU uses to adjust the engine operating mode. We remove the sensors for replacement.

Location of clutch pedal position sensors:
1 - position sensor of the beginning of the pedal travel;
2 - position sensor of the end of the pedal travel.
1. Disconnect a wire from the minus plug of the storage battery.

2. Pressing the lock of the front wiring harness block, disconnect the block from the clutch pedal start position sensor connector.

3. Similarly, disconnect the block of the front wiring harness from the connector of the position sensor of the end of the clutch pedal travel.

Note:
For clarity, we show further operations on the dismantled pedal assembly. With the help of two “14” wrenches, we unlock the nuts that fasten the position sensor of the position of the start of travel, the clutch pedal to the bracket of the pedal assembly.
4. Turn off the lower fastening nut and remove the position sensor of the end of the clutch pedal stroke.

5. Similarly, remove the clutch pedal start position sensor from the hole in the bracket.

Note:

Clutch pedal start and end travel position sensors.
6. Install the clutch pedal sensors in the reverse order of removal.
7. After installing the sensor, adjust the clutch pedal travel as described here .
