Removing and installing tailgate Nissan Note 2004 - 2012

Note:

Before removing the Nissan Note tailgate, you must first remove its upholstery and an additional brake light.

Removing the upholstery of the trunk lid Nissan Note

1. Open the hood, and disconnect the wire from the "negative" terminal of the battery.

2.  Raise the trunk lid.

3.  Take a flathead screwdriver and wrap it with cloth or duct tape so as not to scratch the door. Pry off the edge of the trunk lid trim with a screwdriver. 

4.  Remove the lower part of the upholstery by pulling it out of the clips.

5.  Pull out on both sides of the piston fastening the side trims of the door.

6.  Grasp the edge and, overcoming the resistance of the latches, alternately remove the two side upholstery of the tailgate.

7. Remove the upholstery of the trunk lid Nissan Note.

Removing the lantern of the additional brake light Nissan Note

1. Pry off and remove the plugs of the two nuts securing the additional brake light.

2.  Turn away 2 nuts of fastening of a brake light through an aperture in the panel of a door of a back.

3.  Wring out a fixing clamp.

4.  Prying off the brake light with a wooden spatula or a flat screwdriver, slowly pull it out of the opening in the door panel (waiting for the sealant to peel off the body). 

5.  While pressing the tab, disconnect the wiring harness connector from the auxiliary brake light bulb socket.

6.  Remove the additional brake light Nissan Note.

Removing the tailgate Nissan Note 

1. Squeeze the harness connector retainer and disconnect it from the license plate light harness connector.

2. Disconnect the wire tip from the output of the heating element for heating the glass of the Nissan Note tailgate.

3. Disconnect the wiring harness connector from the wiper.

4. Turn out a bolt of fastening of a wire "weight" to a tailgate.

5. Remove the washer nozzle from the hole in the tailgate of the Nissan Note and remove the supply hose from its fitting.

6. Remove the wiring harness and washer hose from the tailgate (pass them through the technological holes along with the seal).

Note:

If you are removing the door not for replacement, mark the position of the hinges relative to the tailgate (for example, trace them around with a felt-tip pen).

7. Lock the door in the open position (for example, with a block of wood of a suitable length) or have an assistant support it.

8. Disconnect hinges of an emphasis from support on a door of a back.

9. Remove 4 bolts securing the hinges to the door (two each on the left and right hinges). Remove the tailgate of the Nissan Note.

10. Install the Nissan Note tailgate in the reverse order of removal.

11. Establish an additional stoplight and an upholstery of a door of a luggage carrier in an order, the return to removal.
