Removal and installation of an upholstery of a forward door of Fiat Doblo

Tools:

• Phillips screwdriver, medium
• Screwdriver flat medium
• Ratchet wrench
• Cardan for socket heads
• socket set

Note: Removing the upholstery of the front doors is the same for the left and right doors of the car.

Description:

1. Open the front door of the car.

2. Unscrew the fastening bolt inside the door opening lever with a Phillips screwdriver.

3. Remove the door opening unit.

4. Use a flat blade screwdriver to pry the power window control unit.

5. Disconnect the power supply clip of the power window control unit.

6. Unscrew the hex bolt securing the door handle inside the disconnected power window control unit.

7. In the corner, under the handle, unscrew another mounting bolt with a hexagon.

8. Under the handle, unscrew the last bolt securing the door card with a hexagon.

9. Pry off the door card from the bottom and begin gradual dismantling.

Note: the door card is held on tight clips, which must be gradually pulled out of the grooves. Be careful not to damage them. 

10. Completely dismantle the door card.

11. Install in the reverse order of removal.
