1. To install the oil pump drive chain and sprocket, install the crankshaft with the key to the left and the oil pump shaft with the notch up as shown in the figure.

2. Install the chain on the sprockets, lining up the links with the colored marks and the marks on the sprockets.

3. Install the sprockets on the shafts and temporarily tighten the fastening nut.
4. Install the oil pump drive chain tensioner by inserting the tensioner spring into the hole.
5. Tighten the tensioner fastening nut with a tightening torque of 12 Nm.
6. Align the oil pump drive shaft hole with the pump groove as shown.

7. Insert a pin with a diameter of 4 mm into the hole in the shaft and, fixing it, tighten the nut with a tightening torque of 30 Nm.
8. Rotate the crankshaft 90° clockwise with the shaft key oriented vertically up.
9. Install the crankshaft sprocket.
